Step 2

I am quite sure if I went out tomorrow and browsed around the book-store I would come across a book titled 'The dummies guide to: Starting your own blog' and be very tempted into buying it! Except, I know myself, and how I go about doing things tends to be a 'try / fail / succeed and try again' sort of method. It's worked for 29 30 years so far, and I am kind of getting the hang of it by now. It feels like I started full steam ahead with my first blog write-up, even though it took me about an hour to figure out what the hell to write for the first time-it's very nerve-racking I can tell you that-to figure out what to write about for the next time. So I guess I'll just wing it and try explain in as little words as possible what my aim is about for creating this blog, what content will be in the blog, and what the blog I am about! 

me.design.studio for me is an outlet where I can journal the daily/weekly runnings of what is going on in my little world. This is going to be the place where if I find something inspiring/humorous/pretty etc I will share it. This is the space where I will be updating what I am working on at the moment, sharing that little bit of ME with you and maybe just maybe if I have had a bad day this is where I will be venting! 

Today was a good day design wise, (I will be sharing very soon a new exciting digital save.the.date I am working on for a client) I got my work done, I got to be very adventurous in the kitchen (steamed salmon with a helluva lot of garlic and ginger, topped with onions is yummy!) and I got to be creative with 'helping' my niece complete her Grade 3 art project. Making a car out of recycled rubbish is not easy, making a car that has to have a square, triangle, rectangle, circle and cone shapes added to the challenge. I will admit though-that when I pointed out to my niece that it looked 'more like a duck than a truck' I wasn't just saying it to get a giggle out of her. At least the duck/truck didn't have to have rotating wheels-otherwise I will have some major explaining to do to the Grade 3 teacher as to why my the project information sheet wasn't read correctly. 

So, anyways. No clue how to end this thing off, its like those telephone conversations when neither one of you wants to hang up and you each keep saying- 'bye, now you put down the phone' and the other one says 'no no you put it down first' and this goes on for about 5 or so minutes until you realise you're talking to a tele-marketer and you really don't want or need what they're selling!
